Use this template to create innovations on Bill Martin Jr. and Eric Carle's books.		Print (1) this page on heavier card stock.  Cover and back cover.  Fold  to form an "envelope" to hold the guts of the book.
Print (1) this title page and verso which will list all the students who contribute to the book.  Fold in the middle (blank side to blank side together) and place cut edges on the inside.		Print multiple copies of this page - (1) for each student who will be contributing to the book.  After students have completed their drawings fold in the middle and place cut edges on the inside.
