Use this template to create a book that celebrates the individual child.		Print (1) this page on heavier card stock.  Cover and back cover.  Fold  to form an "envelope" to hold the guts of the book.
Print (1) this title page and first page of the book.  Fold in the middle (blank side to blank side together) and place cut edges on the inside.
